Welcome to Alamo Vending. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Alamo Vending provides vending machine services, bottled water delivery, and related hydration solutions to businesses and individuals.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of a business.

3. Payments

• All services must be paid according to the agreed-upon terms (monthly billing, service contracts, or invoices).

• Late payments may incur service interruptions or additional fees.

4. Delivery & Service

• We strive to deliver products on time and in good condition.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and safe access to premises.

• Any damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Use of Equipment

• Vending machines and other equipment provided remain the property of Alamo Vending unless purchased outright.

• Customers must not tamper with, resell, or misuse our equipment.

6. Cancellations & Termination

• Customers may cancel recurring services with [30 days’] written notice.

• Alamo Vending reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Alamo Vending is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws Maryland, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
